Everyday inclusion

At Geberit, jobs are created that are tailored to people with health-related disadvantages. This allows these employees to contribute their strengths and remain part of the team.

Inclusion at Geberit is responsibility in practice – and a win-win situation. People with health-related disadvantages should be able to bring their skills to the table and develop further. To do this, Geberit creates suitable jobs, adapts processes and rethinks production.
In ten countries, over 250 inclusive full-time jobs and around 360 external positions for people with health-related disadvantages demonstrate how inclusion works in everyday life – from ergonomic workstations in Pfullendorf (DE) through to individually tailored tasks at the plant in Koło (PL). The same thought is behind each solution: nobody should be left out due to a disability.
