Eunice Makena, Joan Ketrick and Titus Njorage have done it: thanks to the training programme from Geberit and the Hilti Foundation in Kenya, they are now no longer casual workers – but instead trained sanitary specialists. The programme modelled on the Swiss system opens up new perspectives for young people – 80 percent of the graduates find a job afterwards.
